Not to worry, as long as you reach out to us immediately regarding the error in your address, we would be more than happy to change it for you. Just email us your full, correct address along with your order number and we would update your details for you. Please note that we have a 2-hour Change of Order Policy.

I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS, WHY HAVE I RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY ORDER?

Our main goal is to get your orders to you as fast as possible, if that means shipping items out separately that’s what we will do!

We have stock located at different warehouses, so instead of shipping your order to one location before shipping it out to you, we speed the process up by shipping it directly to you.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ITEMS FROM THE PJ’S COMPANY? To extend the life and prevent damage to your favorite PJ’s from The PJ’s Company, we recommend that you hand wash your items in cool water and lay flat to dry. We do not recommend hanging your garments to dry, as many of our delicate products are susceptible to stretching and creasing. Machine washing and drying is not recommended. Please note that chemicals from harsh cleansers can contribute to the damage of fine fabrics, regardless of whether they are hand washed.
