Please know that at The PJ’s Company, we are taking the necessary safety steps at our office and in working with our partners. Our customers have asked if it is safe to receive packages and yes, we can continue to ship and receive packages, according to guidance from the World Health Organization, the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention. We will continue to monitor their guidance and keep this page updated.
Our teams are working with our partners and carriers to ship top-quality products to customers around the world, as quickly as possible. Your order may experience delays due to the number of orders being processed, additional safety precautions and procedures at the warehouse and extended lead times for shipping. Please allow 3-6 weeks for orders to be shipped during this extraordinary time. While most orders are delivered on time, unfortunately, we are seeing delays with some orders at the customs stage of the delivery as packages move between certain countries. This is due to limited transportation availability and current safeguarding restrictions set by the local government, which has reduced the amount of staff able to work safely. Customs are also prioritizing shipments of medical equipment over commercial packages. Your package may be stuck at this stage for a few days as customs prioritize packages, but it will be on its way to you soon.
